Countdown till Cross Country III: 31
I believe we've figured out our trip home:
Santa Monica to Las Vegas: 2 nights
Las Vegas to Salt Lake City (visit Jeremy) 2 nights
Salt Lake City to Denver? (unsure yet) 1 night
Denver? to Kansas City (visit Jay Froude) 2 nights
Kansas City to Cincinnati (visit Jarrod) 2 nights
HOME.
Not a bad trip. About a week and a half. Thankfully, I'll have some money.
So far today...
- Played Wisconsin in my PSU dynasty on NCAA 2003. Beat them 38-14. I can't wait till NCAA 2004 comes out.
- Played softball. Went 2-for-4 with a walk and a sac fly, and made two errors at short. My arm is killing me.
- Took a shower. Slipped in the shower washing the dirt off my ankles. Wrenched my back pretty good.
- Wrote a check for a Darren Daulton autographed card I bought off of eBay.
Things to accomplish for today...
- Write up a report on the AL race, a day-by-day look at the next six days.
- Write up a special on Blue Killebrew, the manchild for the St. Louis River Pilots.
- Fix up the league rules (can push off till later).
- Maybe begin ranking the players for my year-end rankings.
- Eat dinner.
That's where I stand on today. So far, par for the course.
