You know, you read all the time that these above-average kids that come from average parents.
You don't read about below-average parents having average kids. I mean, to me, that's an even bigger accomplishment.
Could you imagine a couple of invalids teaching a child to eat? Brush their teeth? Wear clothes? Can you imagine Helen Keller being the teacher?
I can't.
So, screw these kids that can graduate from college at age 13 from people who had B- grades in high school. I want to see the kids who had to be led around from class to class by a trained professional having a kid that goes on to be a plumber, or some sort of bank teller.
THAT would be raising the bar.
